Kintillo offers workplace interventions in circumstances where relationships have broken down, trust is absent or has been eroded, or simply where an independent third party is desired to bring an objective, impartial perspective and/or hear and deliver employee feedback on an unattributed basis.

Workplace Mediation

Workplace mediation avoids the unnecessary stress and pressure of formal procedures by engaging employees in a voluntary and confidential process that can be used to resolve disagreements around workplace relationships and individual or group conflict at an early stage, including:

  • bullying and harassment
  • communication problems
  • conflict in teams
  • relationship breakdowns

Kintillo offers the services of a CEDR-qualified mediator who as an independent and impartial third party enables employees to open up, resolve their disputes and reconcile in a safe environment where employees feel heard, and working relationships can be restored.


Focus Groups

Employee focus groups are a great tool for fostering open and honest communication and can provide an effective way of collecting valuable insight and opinions on difficult topics that impact workplace relations. Through guided group discussion focus groups can help gain deeper insight into employee perceptions, needs, and wants, providing a rich source of data to ensure workplace initiatives and solutions are both evidence-based and meaningful. When sessions are moderated by an independent, neutral third party employees feel more comfortable about expressing their opinions and employers receive an unbiased (and unattributed) view of how their employees think.


Culture Surveys

The culture within an organisation impacts the happiness and satisfaction of its employees, strengthening or weakening employee engagement and retention. However, employees don’t always feel comfortable or safe about sharing their true views with their employer. As independent external consultants we ensure confidentiality, anonymity and impartiality, which enables us to capture a more comprehensive and candid picture of the mood in the workplace, giving you the insight required to identify goals, values, attitudes and behaviours within your business, and inform and track changes in your workplace culture.
