Working with stakeholders, we co-create strategies that have clear alignment with the values and overarching business goals of the organisation so that DE&I becomes an integral part of strategic thinking and direction.  Our work is intersectional and built on theoretical frameworks of change and adaptive leadership.

Typical consultancy assignments include:

  • In-depth DE&I audit designed to understand the challenges that are unique to an organisation and the opportunities for progress – delivering research-led, evidence-based solutions that tackle systemic and entrenched barriers to equity within the workplace.
  • Review of policies and processes to ensure these are aligned to the organisation’s DE&I strategic objectives, in line with global DE&I best practice, and are operationalised and understood
  • Inclusive leadership training and coaching to senior leaders and their teams
  • Strategic advice that builds ownership, momentum and an accountability framework

Risk

With an increased societal and regulatory focus on DE&I organisations, that are not focused on this issue face significant legal and reputational risk. Aside from legal risks associated with workplace behaviours and practices (such as discrimination, bullying and harassment, and unequal pay) DE&I issues are an integral aspect of an organisation’s governance responsibilities which is why our DE&I audits involve a robust DE&I legal and compliance risk assessment.

Our approach towards DE&I is grounded in business and human rights principles, namely a belief that businesses have a moral obligation to ensure that workplace policies and practices are equitable and fair, and that people are treated with dignity and respect. Our collaborative and ‘deep listening’ approach helps shift mindsets, attitudes and behaviours to build workplace cultures in which everyone can thrive and bring their whole selves to work.
