How to Navigate Difficult Inclusion Conversations in the Workplace
I love a bit of role play! What a treat to co-lead a session with my fab collaborator Sharon C. Brooks on How to Navigate Difficult Inclusion Conversations in the Workplace.
At a time when the question of whether DE&I is dead is very much alive it was great to explore this topic with the Executive MBA cohort who are coming to the end of their time at Cambridge Judge Business School. As always in these sessions the key learning takes place in the moment and in the spirit of openness, curiosity and fun! (The action shot is me in the role of Director calling a ‘Time Out’ 🤣 ).
Thank you to Dr Jennifer Waller Martin MInstLM and Manaz Javaid for the invitation and a special thanks to Viktoras Poska for the warm welcome and support shown to us throughout our stay.
