It was my pleasure to address a gathering of HR leaders from across different industries in Hong Kong to discuss the extent of an employer’s responsibility for the health and safety of employees who are required to travel abroad. Thank you to all attendees for the insightful questions and the offers to join my Working Group whose aim it is to draft a Code of Conduct for Employers in Hong Kong and share ideas for best practice.

Farzana Aslam is the founder of Kintillo, a leadership, workplace culture and career transition consultancy working with organisations and professionals across the legal and professional services sectors.
