Legal Recruitment: Are Law Firms and Legal Recruiters Getting it Right?

Kintillo is conducting a research project to inform the build out of a recruitment tool aimed at levelling the playing field for legal professionals.

If you are a lawyer either currently working in or aspiring to work within a global law firm and have gone through a recruitment process please take 10 minutes to contribute to our understanding of your experiences and any challenges you may have faced.

All data points from the survey will be used on an anonymous and unattributed basis.

The data from the survey together with data collected from one-on-one interview will be shared on a thematic basis in a roundtable with law firms, hedge funds and banks that have participated in the research project so please be candid – they need and want to hear some honest feedback!
