Asian law Students’ Assoc Univ of Cardiff IWD2025 Panel
Great to have been part of this panel event for International Women’s Day hosted by the Asian Law Students’ Association at the University of Cardiff. Well done to Tara Radia for leading the organisation of, and expertly facilitating the event.
A special thank you to: Dr. Farzana Aslam, Caroline Thomas FCIArb, Asiyah Randera and Ife Bayo-Oluyamo for an afternoon session that sparked deep discussions on diversity, leadership, and the intersection of law and finance. Their contributions were inspiring and thought-provoking! It was so refreshing to hear from each speaker as they shared their unique journeys and were transparent about their backgrounds and experiences. Their honesty made the discussions incredibly relatable and powerful, connecting with people from various backgrounds and professions. It was a powerful reminder of how authentic leadership and sharing personal insights can inspire others in meaningful ways.
